BURGLARY: 3207 Lockheed Boulevard, 3/7/22, 2:51 a.m. Officers were called to the apartment complex after neighbors observed two people enter a vacant apartment. When officers arrived, they found a man and a juvenile inside. The 18-year-old man with no fixed address and a juvenile were taken into custody. The man was charged with burglary, destruction of property and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The minor was released to a parent with charges pending.

STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERY/ELUDING: Richmond Highway and Fairhaven Avenue, 3/10/22, 1:12 p.m. Officers saw a stolen 2019 Volkswagen Jetta traveling on Richmond Highway. When officers began following the Jetta, the driver accelerated at a high rate of speed. Due to safety concerns, officers did not pursue and lost sight of the Jetta. Shortly after losing sight of the car, a community member notified police that someone was concealing a car with a tarp at the dead end of Massey Court.
