Neighborhood App Helps FCPD Nab Indecent Exposure Suspect

A 50-year-old man is facing several charges today for exposing himself to a jogger. Yesterday we posted the information on Facebook, Twitter and Nextdoor, and asked for the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
